The quality of the bracelet was top notch, maybe a bit darker than I expected but none the less well made. The bracelet was bigger than what I had anticipated through talks with Alen I ordered the 22 centimeters it was to big for my liking. Alen responded quickly with options, after out text conversation they offered to make a smaller one charging me for shipping only allowing me to keep the other one to give to someone else. I am waiting to receive the new one hoping the fit is right. I think even is this one comes out wrong I think Alen would again make thing right. Fingers crossed that this one works. Extremely pleased with Alen and Customer Service. Darryl
